Support Sheltie Rescue!
UPDATE: Sam I Am had his surgery and we are happy to let everyone know that it went well, he is on 2 weeks on "quiet time" and leash walking until the sutures come out. His future is now much brighter. Thank you to all who donated to Sam I Am's surgery, we appreciate it very much, but we are still in need of funds. Sam I Am will be available for adoption once he is medically cleared. Thank You, SSPSNJ
The Shetland Sheepdog Placement Services of NJ Inc is in urgent need of monetary help for one of our most recent rescues named "Sam I Am". Sam was dropped off at a shelter and we were asked to take him into our rescue. Sam is approximately 9 years old with a wonderful personality. He tested positive for lymes, coccidia and a urinary tract infection. He also has a perianal hernia, which will require surgery to fix. His surgery is estimated to cost between $2,400 and $3,000. Please donate to help us take care of Sam's surgery which is scheduled for next week. Once he has his surgery and is vet cleared he will be available for adoption. Any amount that you can send is very much appreciated.
Please send donations via PayPal (link below) or if you would rather send a check made out to SSPSNJ with "Sam I Am" on the memo line, Aneita Frey, 370 Union Ave, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Your donation is tax deductible. Thank you for your continued support! SSPSNJ
